The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently as a team to do the work. They listened to my initial comments regarding plant protection. They cleaned up debris. All gutters and skylights were also cleaned. The crew foreman was very professional. While not the least expensive moss removal company in my locale, I believe the quality of the work and their guaranty justified the cost.

A lot pricier than before they changed owners but on par with other quotes. I recommend them when looking for your window washing needs.

Cornerstone did the annual maintenance of our roof early in August. We are on their annual subscription service which is really great and efficient. They gave us a date and time, showed up on time and did a really good job of cleaning out the gutters and treating the roof to avoid moss and other issues. They make it easy and do a very good job. We just had Cornerstone clean our concrete tile roof. They did an excellent job. The roof looks great. Angel and John battled wasps which, it seems, really like concrete tile roofs. We had Kitsap Moss Removal (bought by Cornerstone) clean our roof several years ago, and it was a pretty messy operation with power washers, hoses and all. Kitsap Moss Removal did a great job too, but after the Cornerstone cleaning, I much prefer their technique of dry sweeping. Clean up on the ground and in the gutters was great, too. Other than my sparkling clean roof, you would never know they were here.

Cornerstone cleaned our solar panels. As requested, they came in the morning and were quick and efficient.The only minor glitch was our original appointment got rescheduled the morning it was supposed to happen. We were told we’d get a discount for the inconvenience (a nice thought, but it didn’t happen) and they rescheduled us just a few days later.The panels look good. We will use Cornerstone again for our solar panels, and maybe for our windows and gutters as well.

Cornerstone Cleaning once again provided great service. They responded quickly providing a quote for annual roof maintenance and moss treatment. Kyle and his crew (Jedi and Logan) arrived as scheduled (actually 45min early). Kyle answered any questions I had then off to work they went. They blew any debris off the roof, applied the moss inhibitor and gave me the status of my gutters. After all the debris was on the ground, they proceeded to clean up the affected area and actually left it cleaner than it was before they started. I would definitely recommend.

My standing seam metal roof in Port Townsend, WA was covered in years of moss and lichen. After conferring with a roofing contractor, I called Cornerstone Cleaning to estimate the job. The estimated price was quite reasonable.The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. Since safety on a 12/12 pitch slippery surface was paramount, the cleaners used harnesses and ropes belayed to workers on the ground. The roof is now sparkling clean. They used a special tool and cleaning solution on the solar panels, which are now as productive as when they were new.I will now use Cornerstone in the future on a regular basis. I highly recommend this professional company.

We have used Cornerstone for several years now. I believe we were one of their first customers. I was so impressed with the work ethic of the owner, Ryan, and his employee I booked him for the next spring. Getting my windows washed is a real treat, especially because we have two skylights. At our age, we are not getting up on the roof for any reason. From corner to corner, edge to edge every window and screen is spotless. This year they are coming out to do a soft wash on our roof as well as it has grown some moss. Ryan has expanded his company but continues to give excellent service at an affordable and fair price. His crew shows up on time and works quietly and is respectful of our time and property, inside and out. I highly recommend this business. 10/10.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Cleaning. From first contact until the job was finished, the team was responsive, friendly, professional, and detailed. We had moss removed from our roof, gutters cleaned, and a skylight cleaned. Brayden was super helpful in getting us scheduled on a day convenient for me. The crew that came to work on the house was prompt, professional, and thorough. They took care to make sure our plants weren't affected by the process, and cleaned everything that came off of the roof and hauled it away. Our patio was cleaner than when they arrived.
